Be Happy, Anyway

Dr. Frank A. Thomas preaches "Be Happy, Anyway," based in Matthew 5:1-12 (the Beatitudes). Dr. Thomas uses Pharrell Williams' song "Happy" as an illustration to the Beatitudes which is Jesus' commentary on how to be "happy." The response to this sermon has been phenomenal!!

Be Happy, Anyway

Matt. 5:1-11, 5-30-2014, Middletown Christian Church, Lousiville, Kentucky

This sermon is based on Jesus' road to "be happy" as expressed in the Beatitudes in Matt. 5:1-11. It is one of my most popular sermons and has really helped many people. It is centered in the example of Jesus who offered the gift of his life, in the purity of his call, and the discipline and hard work of his call, and his life has gone universal.
